ACTION BRONSON Rare Chandeliers Vice Former chef Action Bronson hasn’t entirely swapped life at the stove for the demands of the microphone. Fans of the New York roughneck from his colossal Blue Chips mixtape will know Bronson has a fondness for throwing random lines about food into the middle of his oldschool bragging and dense urban wordplays. On Rare Chandeliers, with Eminem’s buddy Alchemist riding production shotgun, Bronson sautes, grills and bakes cracking rhymes about hardknock living, insalubrious situations and dopey hi-jinks. While it’s hard to know just how far Bronson can take this schtick – is there really a demand for a rapping Anthony Bourdain? – his ability to hone such bangers as The Symbol and Modern Day Revelations mean there will always be a demand for his skills. Book a table now for his show at Dublin’s Twisted Pepper. actionbronson.com JIM CARROLL
