The Loose Collective are a sure-footed crew of international dancers and choreographers based in Austria. Their latest production, The Old Testament According to the Loose Collective, aims to make a living translation of the Old Testament by combining text sampling and baroque choir, beat-boxing and diaspora-postpunk, and rearranging bible verses into unexpected combinations. As the Bible doesn’t quite say: “They have even taken of the accursed thing, and have also stolen, and dissembled also, and they have put it even among their own stuff.” One performance only at the Project Arts Centre, Dublin, tomorrow at 7.30pm. projectartscentre.ie
