Kelly’s Wexford Film Fellowship
The good people at the Wexford Film Society have announced that they are to induct John Paul Kelly, distinguished production designer, into the organisation’s Fellowship. Mr Kelly, who hales from Rosslare, has brought his magic to such productions as The Other Boleyn Girl, Venus, A Cock and Bull Story and, recently, Richard Curtis’s About Time. He has both a Bafta and an Emmy on his mantelpiece. Previous recipients of the Fellowship include screenwriter Billy Roche and actor Gary Lydon.
The Wexford Film Society’s latest season of world cinema, featuring such treats as Rust and Bone, The Hunt and Blancanieves, kicks off on November 5th with a screening of Good Vibrations.
