HWCH opens for bands and techs
The doors have been thrown open to all Irish bands, artists and people of a musical persuasion to apply for this year’s Hard Working Class Heroes festival.
Now in its 12th year, the showcase festival for emerging musical acts will run in various venues around the city from Thursday October 2nd to Saturday October 4th. This year also marks the first time that the festival will be sponsored by HMV Ireland, fortifying its burgeoning relationship with the company after recently launching the monthly Breaking Tunes instore gig series in its Dublin and Belfast stores.
The HWCH Digital element of the festival will also return for a second year after a successful debut in 2013. Arts, Culture and Entertainment technology innovators who wish to take part in the convention – which will run as part of the day programme – are also invited to submit their application via hwch.net. The deadline for both is July 16th.
For those merely interested in attending, early bird tickets for the festival will be available via entertainment.ie/tickets soon.
