THE GRAND BU­DAPEST SOUR We’re a sucker for a bit of Hol­ly­wood glam­our, so this film-in­spired con­coc­tion caught the eye on the Dublin Liquor Room’s cock­tail list. The Grand Bu­dapest Sour has a some­what hon­eyed edge to its whiskey and vodka tinged kick.

In­gre­di­ents

30ml vodka 20ml Cherry kirsch syrup 20ml le­mon juice 10ml sugar syrup 10ml Dram­buie Shake all the in­gre­di­ents to­gether with­out ice, then shake again with ice. Dou­ble strain the mix­ture, and gar­nish with some fresh black pep­per. The le­mon flag does no harm ei­ther.
