In­gre­di­ents 1 tea­spoon sugar 3 leaves fresh mint 1.5 shots white rum 3 lime wedges Club soda Sprig of fresh mint, for gar­nish 1 lime wedge, for gar­nish Place sugar, lime and mint leaves in a serv­ing glass and mud­dle just un­til leaves re­lease their oils. Fill the glass with ice, add the rum and lime juice and stir. Top with club soda and add mint sprigs and a lime twist to gar­nish.
