In the making of the highest quality cashmere there are always cut- offs and leftovers at the end of each season. Lucy Downes, creative director of Sphere One, realised that these leftovers made the perfect soft, comforting hats for her friend who was undergoing chemo and found wigs itchy.

This November Sphere One is donating these cashmere hats to ARC cancer support in the hope of giving comfort to their clients. They will also have a luxe edition of the ARC hat, knitted in baby cashmere and in classic colours, exclusively at Havana Boutique, Donnybrook and at sphereone. ie.

Full proceeds from these hats, priced at ¤ 95 including gift box and P& P for online orders will go to ARC. sphereone. ie arccancersupport. ie.
