■ The Sanc­tu­ary med­i­ta­tion cen­tre in 7 Stan­hope St, Dublin 7 is host­ing a course fol­low­ing a mind­ful ap­proach to eat­ing with Orla Bur­chael and Shirley Roe. The course starts on Fri­day, Septem­ber 22nd at 2pm and runs for six weeks (cost ¤195). An eight-week long mind­ful­ness for teach­ers course be­gins on Septem­ber 19th at 7pm (cost ¤200).
