1. GRACE TO BE REMEMBERED IN TRALEE WALK

THE memory of much loved Tralee woman Grace Moran will be remembered with a walk on Sunday November 11.

Grace passed away suddenly last year and now a walk in her memory will be held from the Kerins O’Rahillys at 2pm on the day.

The walk will help to raise funds for three worthy charities Pieta House, Cuan Mhuire and MS Tralee District Branch.

2. RATHMORE TO HOLD CHARITY FASHION SHOW

THE ‘Friends of the Children of Chernobyl’ will hold their annual fashion show on the night of Thursday November 8.

The night will be held in the Community Centre in Rathmore at 8pm and tickets for the night are currently on sale from the following: Betty (0876323922) and Mairead (0860653369).

3. CIRCUS FESTIVAL COMES TO TRALEE THIS WEEKEND

THERE is a great few days in store in Tralee this weekend as the annual National Circus Festival of Ireland touches down in Tralee once again.

The weekend long festival runs from November 8 to November 11 and celebrates everything great about the world of circus; from parades to workshops to acclaimed circus acts, the weekend has it all.

4. ‘FRANK PIG SAYS HELLO’ TO SIAMSA TÍRE

25 YEARS on from its first national tour, Kerry will once again prepare to welcome Pat McCabe’s play ‘Frank Pig Says Hello’ to Tralee next week.

The play tells the desperatel­y funny and tragic story of the life of Francie Brady growing up in a small Irish town in the 1960s and his descent towards a brutal act that shocks his community.

The play will be shown in Siamsa Tíre on the night of Thursday November 8; tickets are currently on sale from the box office and they will cost either €16 or €18.

5. COMEDY NIGHT AT TECH AMERGIN IN WATERVILLE

IRELAND’S self-styled ‘biggest llama’ Kevin McAteer will appear in the Tech Amergin Arts Centre in Waterville on Saturday November 17.

Ticket’s for the show are currently on sale from the centre with the show set to start at 8pm on the Saturday night.
