July 10 start for Killeacle Dowling sweep

TERRIFIC news on the sweepstake front is that the annual sweepstake carrying the name of the late John and Mary (Killeacle) Dowling is to start at Tralee on Friday of next week (July 10).

It is for A1 greyhounds over 570yds and the target is 48 entries. The entry fee is €30, which is a mere fraction of the very good prize money always on offer in this event.
