THEYAREBACK
This week we have a resumption of many services such as the council offices, motor tax office in Tralee, hairdressers, barbers, bookies and a few pubs that serve food. The virus unfortunately is still out there and unfortunately the restrictions we currently have in force are necessary.
NEWGOVERNMENTMINISTER
Congratulations to Norma Foley of Tralee on being appointed a senior minister in the new long awaited government. Norma joins the list of such famous figures as Austin Stack, John Marcus O’ Sullivan, Fionan Lynch, Dick Spring, John O’ Donoghue and of course our own Jimmy Deenihan. She is the first female minister for the county and our second education minister and her experience as a teacher has already made its mark as Norma managed to include none other than William Shakespeare in an address to the Dail last week.
