DEATHS

We extend our sympathy to Mary O’Reilly, O’Reilly’s Bar Kilgarvan on the recent death of her brother Robert (Bob) Foley, Gullane Cross, Gneeveguilla, Co. Kerry.

We extend our sympathy to Majella Godfrey, Cregeen, Kilgarvan on the recent death of her sister Marian O’Connell (nee Galvin) Derrinagree, Millstreet, Co. Cork.

Dan Healy (Shine), Sunville, Kilgarvan passed away Thursday 9th November 2017. His sisters Cathy, Nono, Joan and Mai predeceased him. Dan was a former Kilgarvan GAA player and as a mark of respect Kilgarvan GAA had a guard of honour for him on the night of the removal. Dan’s Requiem Mass took place on Saturday November 11th 2017 at 12 noon in St Patrick’s Church, Kilgarvan with burial afterwards in the local cemetery. To his wife Elsie brother Tim and extended family we express our deepest sympathy.

CLOTHES COLLECTION:

If you have unwanted clothes gather them up and put them into black plastic bags. They can be delivered to Kilgarvan GAA dressing rooms every Tuesday 6-7 pm. The pickup date is Thursday November 16th 2017. For further details contact Mrs JoAnn Murphy on 087 989 3133.

The annual Spina Bifida Hydrocephalus collection will be taken up at the weekend Masses of November 18th and 19th 2017. Your support would be greatly appreciated.

NOVEMBER MASS

On Friday 24th November 2017 Mass will be offered for all who died over the past twelve months. If you wish to include people who died outside the parish since last November contact the parish office during the working hours of Monday and Friday 9:30am to 1:30pm on 087 436 4140.
