Orla Gowen’s Bácús Bhréanainn is an artisan bakery in Dingle specialising in fine bread baking. Established in Brandon 2009 Bácús continues to develop its product. They are passionate about breadmaking. Every bread is handmade from scratch and baked in stone floored bread ovens.

Bácús, a member of Real Bread Ireland, recently introduced sourdough baking to its range. Sourdough uses pure ingredients and long ferments to make healthy digestible loaves with a mature crumb and crust.
