Munster take bonus win

MUNSTER travelled to South Africa to take on the Cheetahs in the Guinness Pro 14 on Sunday afternoon and came away with a vital bonus point victory in the process.

With the international against Italy taking a number of players,Munster started a largely changed side with Currow’s JJ Hanrahan also rested. Debuts were handed to Bill Johnson, Fineen Wycherley and Liam Coombes as Munster head coach van Graan rotated his squad. There was also the welcome return from injury of Tyler Bleyendall, who captained the side in his first senior start since last February.

Munster’s next outing in the Pro 14 is away to Zebre on November 25.
