STEM jobs expo at IT Tralee this Fri­day

IN­STI­TUTE of Tech­nol­ogy Tralee will host a sem­i­nar on the and ca­reers expo aimed at those in­ter­ested in find­ing work in the STEM sec­tor in Kerry.

The expo – which will take place at the ITT North Cam­pus this Fri­day, Novem­ber 17 from 6pm – will of­fer an op­por­tu­nity to meet the many STEM com­pa­nies based in Kerry and find out more about the STEM jobs mar­ket.

Or­gan­i­sa­tions and com­pa­nies ex­hibit­ing at the expo will in­clude Aspen Grove So­lu­tions, Astel­las, Dairy­mas­ter, En­er­con, JRI Amer­ica, Tri­cel Kil­lar­ney, Kostal, IMaR Tech­nol­ogy Gate- way, Shan­non ABC, Borg­Warner, Fexco, Lieb­herr, Wazp, TLI Group and BioAt­lantis.

There will also be a STEM ca­reers panel dis­cus­sion with speak­ers in­clud­ing Cora Creed the VP of Dig­i­tal Trans­for­ma­tion and In­no­va­tion, Uni­ver­sal Mu­sic Com­pany in New York; James Mur­phy the founder and CEO Lifes2Good and An­thony Ma­her the Kerry Se­nior Foot­baller who works with Wyeth Nutri­tion­als.

The Key­note speaker at the event will be Johnathan McRea the broad­caster, pro­ducer and founder of com­mu­ni­ca­tions and me­dia con­sul­tancy Whips­mart Me­dia.
