Tod­dler Group will recom­mence on Thurs­day 13th Septem­ber. It will run from 10am un­til 11.30 am in St Columba’s Com­mu­nity Cen­tre, Kil­flynn. There is lots of fun and games to be had by the chil­dren al­low­ing the adults some time for cof­fee and chats. All new ba­bies, tod­dlers, par­ents, grand­par­ents and child­min­ders wel­come. This pro­gramme timed at par­ents & car­ers of chil­dren aged 0-3 years is be­gin­ning on Thurs­day 20th Septem­ber in St Colum­bas Cen­tre at 10am. The pro­gramme is run over 6 weeks (6 x 90 minute in­ter­ac­tive work­shops) and en­cour­ages par­ents to in­ter­act and play with their chil­dren in a pos­i­tive way to pro­mote and stim­u­late their child’s lan­guage & nu­mer­acy development, in­clud­ing in­creas­ing their range of words and vo­cab­u­lary.

The pro­gramme also pro­motes a strong healthy re­la­tion­ship with par­ent and child through fun ac­tiv­i­ties. All wel­come. Con­tact 0860832295 if any fur­ther in­for­ma­tion needed.

Well done to our U10 Hurlers who won there group in fan­tas­tic style at the North Kerry Hurl­ing Blitz held in Ca­her­slee on Satur­day morn­ing 8th Septem­ber. The team had wins over Kil­moy­ley, Lix­naw, Cause­way and hosts Tralee Par­nells. The team were a great credit to the green and red and there par­ents. The win­ners of the darts in Parker’s Lounge Bar , Kil­flynn on Satur­day 8th Septem­ber were Der­mot Ryan and Ja­son Nolan who de­feated Mike Fealy and Colin McCarthy in the Fi­nal. The win­ners re­ceived a leg of lamb each.
