THE concept of ‘Wellness’ was the order of the day at a recent event in the Manor West Shopping Centre and Retail Park celebrating the amazing organisations we have right on our doorstep.

Hence the name of the day, Wellness on Your Doorstep, which provided a great range of information to the shopping public, bringing in representatives of a range of clubs and organisations and services from the locality.

Representatives of local organisations spoke to the public on topics such as wellness, health, fitness and education, as well as ways to get involved and give something back to their local community.
