Sympathy is extended, on the recent death of Mary Carty, Clooncagh, Tourlestrane, to family, neighbours and friends. May her soul rest in peace.
There will be a blood donation clinic in St Brigid’s Hall, Tubbercurry, on Thursday, September 7, from 4.30 p. m. to 8 p. m. As always the call goes out and Blood is in short supply and everyone who can should consider donating.
It is a wonderful act of caring for others; a genuine gift of life to a person in desperate need. Someone will live because you give. Within three weeks of donation you can be assured your blood will have assisted in saving someones life. No greater gift is possible.
