The 22nd annual fundraising social for the Irish Pilgrimage Trust will take pace on this Friday night, November 17, in Sligo’s Great Southern Hotel.
Music on the night will be provided by the popular band, Footsteps while the admission fee per patron is €10. Meantime a raffle will also place during the Irish Pilgrimage Trust social. The funds raised from the social will be used to take people with special needs from the region to Lourdes on the Irish Pilgrimage Trust’s annual pilgrimage at Easter.
As well the funds raised from Fridays night’s function will be used to meet the costs of the special needs people who will be attending the Trust’s Friendship Week during July 2018 and the Hosanna House pilgrimage during August 2018.
