Sent for trial for alleged burglary

A 24 year old man has been sent forward for trial to Sligo Circuit Criminal Court for alleged burglary.

Daniel McMorrow of Collery Drive was served with the Book of Evidence at Sligo District Court.

He is charged that on May 5 th, 2018 at Mulberry Park, Ballinode he committed burglary at 16, Mulberry Park.

He is alleged to have had a knife and hammer in his possession.

Judge Kevin Kilrane sent McMorrow forward for trial to the next sitting of Sligo Circuit Court on July 14 th.

Bail was granted and McMorrow was instructed to have no contact with state witnesses.

Legal aid was granted to solicitor Eddie Henry.
