Man says access to children denied

-

A man claimed he was being denied access to his two children by his estranged partner, when he came to Wexford District Court.

Giving evidence to Judge Miriam Walsh, he recalled that the terms of access had been laid down by court order at a previous sitting in May.

He said that he turned up in June to collect but was denied access and this happened again on two subsequent occasions.

He added that the last time he arrived, there was no-one in the house and he ceased calling thereafter.

He reckoned that she had gone abroad.

Judge Walsh declined to give a ruling in the matter until details of specific dates and an email from the woman telling the plaintiff he could not have the children any more were produced in court.
