Doyle hits treble in Cloughbawn victory

Cloughbawn AFC 4, Bree United 1: A Tara Doyle hat-trick and a goal from Tina Cullen gave Cloughbawn the victory that moves them into a challenging position in Division 1.

North End United 10, Kilmore United 0: A young Kilmore side had no answer to the superior firepower of a strong North End side who were clinical in front of goal, running out comfortable winners.

Nicola Davitt scored four while Lynn Marie Grant hit two to add to goals from Cara McDonald, Martina Pender, Diane Leniston and Lorraine Sludds.

Seaview United 5, Camolin Celtic 0: Four goals from Catherine Doyle set Seaview well on the way to picking up their second win of the season against a hard-working Camolin side.

Lisa Dower also got her name on the scoresheet for the home team.

St. Leonards 4, Tombrack United 2: These sides provided an excellent game of football before the home crew ran out well-deserved winners.

Niamh Browne scored twice for the home side with Eimear Gabbett and Fiona Ryan also finding the net, while Sarah Merrigan scored twice for Tombrack.

Corach Ramblers 4, Seaview United B 1: Ava Ryan was on target for Seaview but it was not enough against a competent home side which took all three points courtesy of goals from Christine Casey, Leanne McGrath and two from Sal Eustace.

Courtown Hibs 6, Fastnet Rovers 3: Marian Cardiff scored a hat-trick for the home side as they eventually broke down a stubborn Fastnet Rovers outfit who were well in this game until the final 20 minutes.

Sarah Lynch with two and Sonia Redmond completed the scoring for Hibs.

New Ross Town 3, Bunclody AFC 3: These sides played out a thrilling 3-3 draw with both happy with a point at the end for different reasons.

The home side are slowly rebuilding and will put this down as a well-earned point, with two goals from Jenny Caulfield and one from Jenny Canning,wwwww while a depleted Bunclody side were happy to leave with a point as Britney Conroy scored all their goals.

Stoney LFC 2, Cushinstown AFC 1: Stoney picked up their second win of the season and moved into contention near the top after this 2-1 win over Cushinstown.

Laura Colfer and Stephanie Foxe were on target for the home side.
