Fined and banned for offences
GERARD POWER of Cornwall, Killurin was fined and disqualified for two years on conviction for being on the road without driving licence or insurance.
He told the District Court ‘it was a chance I took’ when he drove pulling a trailer on March 11 earlier this year.
The 45-year-old was intercepted by Garda Alan Hayes of the traffic corps.
Married with two children, the block-layer said he had work coming up.
He confirmed that he never held a driving licence.
