Wells House proves the perfect setting for joint Chamber event

-

Wells House and Gardens was the focus at Wexford and Gorey Chamber’s recent After Hours Networking event which brought over 50 business people to Wells.

Guests had the opportunity to freely walk around the house and were treated to a tour of the ground floor of the 17th century manor. Proprietor Sabine Rosler then brought guests to the latest addition at Wells – Robertson Hall, which will be used to accommodate large weddings.

CEO of Wexford Chamber Madeleine Quirke welcomed everyone on the night. She spoke about how Wells House has developed into such an amazing tourist attraction for the South East.

‘I think that Ireland’s Ancient East tagline, Wander Through Time, was written with Wells House in mind,’ said Ms Quirke.

The guests were treated to some freshly cooked canapés, a wine reception, tea, coffee and desserts.

Sabine, along with her daughter and Marketing Manager Niamh Carolan, gave a historical talk about the house.

Niamh introduced everyone to the packages they have to accommodate corporate events and private functions.

‘I am so happy my daughter has returned from London to join in on the family business,’ added Sabine. ‘We have gone from strength to strength and will continue to expand.’

The evening ended with a business card draw and the winner won a family pass to Wells House.
