Drunk man could not stand

ARTUR Choroszkiewicz (37) of 90 Cluain Dara, Clonard, Wexford was so intoxicated that he was unable to stand at Charlotte Street on a date in October of last year.

He was sober attending the District Court to plead guilty in person to being drunk in public and to receive a fine of €100 for the offence.
