Leaders Shamrock Rovers had to settle for a share of the spoils on Sunday as they were held to a 1-1 draw by Rosslare Rangers.

Emmett Quirke fired the Enniscorth­y outfit in front at Peter Quinn Park, but Rangers fought back for a point thanks to a Rob Cousins goal.

Moyne Rangers are very much in the frame for a title challenge, and they picked up another three points at the weekend as they edged out Wexford Bohs 1-0, with Pa O’Rourke netting the all-important goal.

Lee Busher was the match-winner for Forth Celtic as they overcame bottom side Bridge Rovers 1-0.

Division 1

Kilmore United stretched their advantage at the top of Division 1 to four points on Sunday, although they had to settle for a draw with New Ross Town.

Town hit the back of the net through Stephen O’Leary and an own goal in the 2-2 stalemate, with Shane Cassidy and Darren Naughton scoring for the pacesetter­s.

Liam Evans and Lee Jordan got the goals for Moyne Rangers as they overcame bottom side St. Leonards 2-1, with Adrian Flynn scoring for the saints.

Gorey Celtic got their second win of the campaign on the board as they edged out North End United in a seven-goal thriller.

Jakub Konkel and Jakub Frackowiak both bagged doubles for the winners, with Philly Leniston (two) and Dean Roche (penalty) scoring for North End.

Division 5

Wexford Bohs moved three points clear at the top of Division 5 after beating Wexford Celtic 6-1 in their derby clash on Sunday.

John Conway (two), Jessie Kells, Beau Brennan, Graham Kelly and Deckie Broaders scored for Bohs, with Davy Kehoe hitting the back of the net for Celtic.

Shamrock Rovers overcame New Ross Town 4-0, while John Leacy (two) and Ciarán O’Neill got the goals for Ajax Athletic as they saw off Cushinstow­n 3-0.

Mark Sinnott and Seán Kehoe both bagged doubles for All Blacks in their 4-1 win over Enniscorth­y United, with James Mythen replying.
