EAST Coast Physiotherapy in ashford was established by catherine cradock in 2010, and offers chartered physiotherapy, back care pilates classes, home visits, and sports massage.

They treat a wide range of conditions, including back pain, sciatica, sports injuries and muscle and joint pain.

Their newest recruit, local roisin walshe, says that a common problem is that people often don’t know how to get going again after an injury or surgery. “People can get caught up in a vicious cycle, where pain causes inactivity, and inactivity causes pain, which can lead to both mental and physical health problems”. She says part of her role is breaking through that cycle by treating the pain, and guiding people back to their normal life through advice and rehabilitation, whatever their age or condition, and whether it be golf, walking, gardening, or just day to day life.

Appointments are available from 7.30am to 8.20pm monday to friday, you can book online at www.eastcoast or call 0404-49781.
