Mother of four admits stealing goods from Lloyds pharmacy
A 37-year-old mother of four was caught on CCTV stealing items worth €54 from Lloyds Pharmacy in Shankill.
Rhona Earls, 1 Bayview, Killiney, entered a guilty plea to the theft charge at Bray District Court. The incident took place on May 25 of this year.
Garda Thomas Brerton viewed CCTV footage of the store and saw the defendant walking around the shop and hiding stock on her person, before leaving without paying.
She was cooperative at all times and identified herself from the CCTV footage.
Ms Earls, who is engaged to be married, also brought €55 in compensation to the court.
Judge David Kennedy imposed a €250 fine.
