Net­work Ire­land meet­ing

TWO speak­ers will ad­dress the next Net­work Ire­land event tak­ing place at Fish­ers of New­town­moun­tkennedy next Tues­day, March 20.

Iso­bel Keel­ing, the Wick­low Herbal­ist based in Grey­stones, and Rachael Davis of Rem­edy Pi­lates & Phys­io­ther­apy in Bray, will pro­vide at­ten­dees with per­sonal sto­ries, valid in­for­ma­tion, tips and ben­e­fi­cial notes on how to live a health­ier, longer and po­ten­tially hap­pier life.

Iso­bel will demon­strate how peo­ple can all im­prove our daily lives and per­sonal well-be­ing through diet, sup­ple­ments and herbs. Fol­low­ing Iso­bel’s re­cov­ery from ill health, she has be­come a qual­i­fied Herbal­ist and Reiki Mas­ter. She now en­deav­ours to help oth­ers in their jour­ney, to bet­ter their health, well­be­ing and to get to know them­selves in a deeper way.

Rachael will pro­vide in­sight into women’s health at var­i­ous stages of their lives and will dis­cuss in­jury pre­ven­tion, re­ha­bil­i­ta­tion, pain man­age­ment and strength­en­ing. Rachel also helped to pre­pare box­ing leg­end Katie Tay­lor for her Olympic Gold Medal win in 2012.

Speak­ing prior to the event, Net­work Ire­land Wick­low Branch Pres­i­dent, Louisa Mee­han said: ‘The world to­day is very busy, I find that I am al­ways rush­ing with mul­ti­ple work and home com­mit­ments, es­pe­cially since I be­came a par­ent al­most eight years ago. In light of this, it is even more im­por­tant than ever to carve out time to take care of your­self.’

The meet­ing starts at 7 p.m.
