WICKLOW REGATTA QUEEN BALL
The Grand Hotel 7.30 p.m. The queen of the 139th Wicklow Regatta Festival will be crowned at this black-tie affair. There will be a four-course dinner, entertainment and prizes. Tickets cost €50 and are available from the hotel, Flannerys, Malones, Byrnes, Earls and Jailer’s Rest.
St Joseph’s Church, Baltinglass 7.30 p.m. Parishioners are invited to come along and bid a fond farewell to Fr Tommy Dillon as he prepares to depart the parish following a long ministry in the area. The thanksgiving Mass in the church will be followed by refreshments in the parish centre.

The Old Ship, Arklow 8.30 p.m. Putting on the thinking caps and head on down to the Old Ship to help raise funds for Arklow RNLI Maritime Festival. The cost of entry is €20 per table.
