Theft case
A WOMAN facing a theft charge has had her court date put back until early next year after being admitted to hospital to have a baby.
Courtney McDonagh, 60 Ryecroft, Church Road, Bray, failed to appear at last Thursday’s sitting of Bray District Court to face a charge of theft from Centra on the Boghall Road in Bray on February 9, 2017.
Judge David Kennedy was informed that Ms McDonagh was in hospital and due to give birth earlier than expected.
He adjourned all matters until January 8, 2018.
