We are currently looking for coaches to help out in all areas of the club. For any senior players who are interested, your experience can be what a child needs to progress further in their game.

We are especially looking for parents to become more involved in their kids training and games.

For anyone who is interested in helping out in the juvenile section, there are code of ethics courses available. This course is a must have if you are working with, or planning to work with children.

We have a bagpack coming up for the club in Centra, Rathdrum, on March 23 and 24. We’re looking for volunteers to fill some slots.

The academy will be continuing every Saturday morning from 9.30am. This part of our juvenile club is an important foundation for our young players, teaching them agility, coordination, balance, throwing, football and hurling in a fun environment.

For information on any of the above contact Liam Kelly on 087 6878123.

Lotto draw on February 27 took place in the Cartoon Inn. Numbers drawn were: 10, 14, 21, and 23.

Next week’s lotto draw takes place in Jacob’s Well; worth a tidy €2,000.

Get your tickets at most local businesses. If you’re not in you can’t win.
