BIRDWATCH OUTING

THE Wicklow branch of BirdWatch Ireland will host an outing to Kilcoole for early spring migrants and late winter visitors on Saturday March 24. Early spring migrants such as Wheatear, Sand Martin and Sandwich Tern are to be expected while late winter visitors such as Light-bellied Brent Geese, Icelandic Black-tailed Godwits and European Golden Plover should still be present.

The meeting point is Kilcoole Train Station car park at 10 a.m.
