Aaron and Luke set to represent Ireland

BLESSINGTO­N rowers Aaron Keogh and Luke Flynn from the Three Castles club have been selected to represent Ireland at two separate junior internatio­nal regattas to be held at the National Rowing centre in Cork later this month.

The two seventeen year olds have been trialling with Rowing Ireland since last October and last week the teams were finalised for the up coming regattas.

Aaron will race at the Coup dá lá Jeunnesse Regatta a Junior European regatta which 14 countries are sending teams on July 27. Aaron has been selected in the quad scull along with Neptune, Casteconne­l and St Michael scullers.

Luke will also race in the Quad scull with scullers from Lee and Kenmare rowing clubs at the Home Internatio­nal regatta (England, Wales, Scotland) on Saturday, July 21. Congrats to luke and Aaron from everyone in Three Castles Rowing Club.
