Dunlavin house fire brought under control

FIRE SERVICES in West Wicklow took swift action on Friday to prevent a house in Dunlavin being completely gutted by fire.

Crews from Baltinglass and Dunlavin were called to the scene in the morning to attend a residential property that was reported to have smoke billowing out of an upstairs window.

They got the blaze under control within a short time and nobody was injured during the incident.
