SHEEP SALE – SEPTEMBER 15: Hill Cheviot Show and Sale 3,500 sheep on offer. An improved selling trade for all ewes. store and heavy lambs similar to last week.

The cheviot hoggots ranging from €180 back to €120/head. The suffolk cross hoggots from €165 back to €120/head. 2, 3 and 4 year old cheviots made from €115 to €150 and suffolk 2, 3 and 4’s made from €95 to €135.

Cast ewes were maling €45 to €110. Breeding rams were from €180-€300. Cheviot ram and wether lambs from 34-39kg, were back by €1-€2/head. Lighter store lambs 30- 35kg made from €72 to €82.
