Bal­lyraine art stu­dents show­case new works

ART stu­dents at Glen­vale Day Cen­tre, Bal­lyraine, Ark­low en­joyed show­cas­ing their lat­est works at an ex­hi­bi­tion at the Ark­low Vis­ual Arts Gallery re­cently.

The group ex­hi­bi­tion fea­tured art works by An­thony Mc Don­ald, Con­all Car­ney, Ciaran Smyth, Ja­son Hay­den and Sandy Browne.

They pre­pared their works with the sup­port of art in­struc­tor Chris­tine Walsh.

Each artist works in their own unique way to over­come any phys­i­cal and men­tal bound­aries.

The works ranged from in­di­vid­ual, abstract paint­ings to draw­ings and mixed me­dia which were not only are the art works bright and colour­ful but gave an in­sight into the vi­brant and fun per­son­al­i­ties of each artist.
