Lufthansa, Ger­ma­nia add flights be­tween Tel Aviv and Ger­many

Ger­many is con­sol­i­dat­ing its po­si­tion as one of the most pop­u­lar des­ti­na­tions for Is­raelis, with both Lufthansa and Ger­ma­nia Air­lines an­nounc­ing the ad­di­tion of flights be­tween Tel Aviv and Ger­man cities.

Lufthansa, which op­er­ates 28 weekly flights be­tween Ben-Gu­rion Air­port and Ger­many, is adding three more weekly flights. Start­ing later this month, Lufthansa will add a flight be­tween Tel Aviv and Frank­furt, tak­ing off from Is­rael on Satur­day morn­ings. In Novem­ber, Lufthansa will add two new flights on the Tel Aviv-Mu­nich route, tak­ing off from Ben-Gu­rion at 6:50 a.m. on Sun­day and 5:30 p.m. on Tues­day.

Ger­ma­nia Air­lines, which has been in busi­ness for 30 years and over the past year in Is­rael, is in­creas­ing the num­ber of its weekly flights be­tween Tel Aviv and Dus­sel­dorf. Start­ing in Novem­ber, Ger­ma­nia will add a third flight, which will take off on Sun­day.
