Og­gi avreb­be cen­to an­ni Eu­ge­nio Gen­ti­li Te­de­schi, par­ti­gia­no, ar­chi­tet­to mi­li­tan­te, al­lie­vo di Gio Pon­ti, do­cen­te di Com­po­si­zio­ne al Po­li­tec­ni­co di Mi­la­no e mem­bro dell’As­so­cia­zio­ne per l’Ar­chi­tet­tu­ra Or­ga­ni­ca. È sta­to an­che tra i fon­da­to­ri di Abi­ta­re, di cui è sta­to con­su­len­te per cir­ca 20 an­ni. Nel pri­mo do­po­guer­ra è suo il pro­get­to di ri­co­stru­zio­ne del­la si­na­go­ga mi­la­ne­se di via Gua­stal­la, fir­ma­to a quat­tro ma­ni con Man­fre­do D’Ur­bi­no. Il 5 di­cem­bre il Po­li­tec­ni­co di Mi­la­no omag­gia la fi­gu­ra com­ples­sa e po­lie­dri­ca di que­sto gran­de mae­stro con una den­sa gior­na­ta di la­vo­ri (nell’au­la De Do­na­to). (AP) In 2016 Eu­ge­nio Gen­ti­li Te­de­schi, par­ti­san and mi­li­tant ar­chi­tect, would ha­ve been a hun­dred years old. A pu­pil of Gio Pon­ti, pro­fes­sor of Com­po­si­tion at Mi­lan Po­ly­tech­nic and mem­ber of the As­so­cia­tion for Or­ga­nic Ar­chi­tec­tu­re, he was one of the foun­ders of Abi­ta­re, for whi­ch he has wor­ked as a con­sul­tant for about 20 years. Af­ter the Se­cond World War he was re­spon­si­ble for the re­con­struc­tion of Mi­lan’s cen­tral sy­na­go­gue on Via Gua­stal­la, car­ried out in col­la­bo­ra­tion wi­th Man­fre­do D’Ur­bi­no. On 5 De­cem­ber Mi­lan Po­ly­tech­nic will pay tri­bu­te to the com­plex and ma­ny-si­ded fi­gu­re of this great ar­chi­tect wi­th a day full of even­ts (Au­la De Do­na­to). 560
