The 1,000 m2 ex­hi­bi­tion in Rue de Ri­vo­li is cu­ra­ted by So­phie Boui­lhet- Du­mas, Oli­vier Ga­bet, Do­mi­ni­que Fo­re­st and Sal­va­to­re Li­ci­tra. It is Li­ci­tra him­self, son of Li­sa ( Pon­ti), who we meet at the ‘ Gio Pon­ti Ar­chi­ves’. “I li­ke the idea of a Fren­ch in­ter­pre­ta­tion of Gio Pon­ti, clo­ser to de­co­ra­tion,” ex­plain Sal­va­to­re and his wi­fe An­na. In Pa­ris the ex­hi­bi­tion is the re­sult of the ap­pre­cia­tion for Pon­ti from a team of in­tel­lec­tuals. “He was an ar­chi­tect and eclec­tic crea­tor, in­te­re­sted equal­ly in in­du­strial and ar­ti­san pro­duc­tion.
