Enrico Gobbi’s Team for Design studio has carried out project work for King Shark by Arrabito Naval Architects. This is Rossinavi’s new 70 metre: an ice class certified yacht destined to cruise in the most adverse extreme conditions. King Shark has already been sold to a very wealthy and fortunate owner. Construction will take place at Rossinavi’s premises in Viareggio where this renowned shipyard has already built 70 metre High Power III ( which hit the water named Numptia). The new yacht is going to be an Explorer Yacht which will stand out of the chorus line in terms of traditional parameters. In the case in point special emphasis has been addressed to on board lifestyle and aesthetics. Thanks to a wonderful interior design which is definitely charming and elegant as much as it is comfortable, this yacht is the ideal one to cruise with in style in warm Caribbean waters just as much as in Antarctic’s freezing temperatures, with a range of 6,000 nautical miles. In addition to sporting a somewhat hefty fuel tank, King Shark is also easy on fuel consumption thanks to a sophisticated Diesel electric system which is monitored via a Power Management system which releases the power required accordingly, which is produced by the gen-sets to assist the thermal engines while optimizing consumption levels. Among other plus marks which King Shark can be proud of is the Rolls Royce Azipod with as an optional request a handy DMS (Dynamic Positioning System).
