VOGUE Bambini - - IN THIS ISSUE - by Alessia Sciannimanico

Raise your hand if you’ve never declared bankruptcy because you’ve ended up at Park Place! How many times have we held our breath while our friend tried to pick up just one stick of Shanghai? Or what about the hours sitting on the floor, creating a winding figure of wooden tiles or at the ‘operating table’ of Operation? And as soon as Dad had time, we were there assembling something with the Meccano construction set. These moments were spent together on Sunday afternoons, summer evenings, or during the holidays. There was no monitor or catchy tune to entertain us: just the faces and laughter of the other players: the more, the merrier! However, the person left with just one card has to remember to yell, ‘Uno!’.
