ART IS WHAT YOU SHOW TO OTHERS
On 3 July (at 6pm), the Pisacane Arte gallery will present a preview of a ‘Duo Exhibition’ by Spanish artists Maria Alonso Paez and Victor Goikoetxea. ‘Due visoni d’arte’ (Two Visions of Art) is an exhibition dedicated entirely to the concept of abstractism where the artists express feelings and emotions through colour, giving life to myriad sensations. Paez creates sequential works inspired by mythology in dialogue with viewers and their subconscious. On the other hand, Goikoetxea, a painter and a figurative and abstract sculptor, with a background in Renaissance art, creates magnificent works in terms of shapes and materials. The permanent exhibition by Italian artist Giancarlo Prandelli, Leonardo da Vinci’s last pupil, is also opening for viewing in the spaces of the gallery.
