Former Pink Floyd member David Gilmour will be the first musician to perform a rock concert in public in Pompeii. In 1971, Pink Floyd was the first-ever rock band to play at this historic location when it recorded “Pink Floyd: Live at Pompeii” without an audience. The two performances are part of the world tour “Rattle That Lock”. Forty-five years after the legendary Live at Pompeii, David Gilmour returns to play at one of the most unique and beautiful destinations in the world.
