At the end of the tour, vi­si­tors will be of­fe­red a kosher ape­ri­ti­vo wi­th an ex­pla­na­tion about Jewish-Ve­ne­tian cui­si­ne, one of the mo­st ela­bo­ra­te and co­smo­po­li­tan in Eu­ro­pe.
