Jamaica Gleaner - - YOUTH LINK -

EMPLOYEES OF Jamaica Broilers Group turned up for work on September 2 dressed in school uniforms complete with ties, knapsacks, bubbles in their hair, shoes and socks – ready for a day of fun and gift-giving. And they had permission to do so!

The sight of colleagues arriving in uniforms brought laughter and comments throughout the morning such as: “Yours still fits!”; “When did you graduate?”; “Which school is this?” and “I didn’t know you went to that school!”.

With over 30 schools represented, employees brought in knapsacks and dozens of other goody bags filled with gifts of notebooks, pens, pencils, crayons, rulers, sharpeners and pencil cases for students in Trench Town.

Jamaica Broilers Group head office employees came to work smartly dressed as students and teaching staff for their Back-to-School Day on September 2, 2016.
