Yield 10 large bis­cuits serv­ing 4-6 2 cups J.F Mills mix 4 tsp bak­ing pow­der cup milk cup Tas­tee ched­dar cheese tbs but­ter oz Scotch bon­net pep­per

METHOD

1. Pre heat oven to 450°F 2. Com­bine J.F Mills mix, milk and cheese with a wooden spoon un­til soft dough forms.

3. Beat vig­or­ously for 30 sec­onds.

4. Drop dough by heaped ta­ble­spoon­fuls on to an un­greased cookie sheet.

5. Bake eight to 10 mins or un­til golden brown. Serve warm.
