Milk shakes

IN­GRE­DI­ENTS

1 cup milk 1/2 cup soft fruit (ba­nana, straw­ber­ries, peaches, etc.)

Scoop of ice cream or small car­ton of plain yoghurt

METHOD

1. Pour the milk into a bowl or blender.

2. Cut up the fruit into small pieces.
