Milk shakes
INGREDIENTS
1 cup milk 1/2 cup soft fruit (banana, strawberries, peaches, etc.)
Scoop of ice cream or small carton of plain yoghurt
METHOD
1. Pour the milk into a bowl or blender.
2. Cut up the fruit into small pieces.
