‘Al­ways there tak­ing care’

FOR GOLDEN agers, per­sons seek­ing over­the-counter drugs and those with pre­scrip­tions to fill, Len­max Phar­macy in Pines Plaza, Junc­tion, St El­iz­a­beth, is their phar­macy of choice.

The 12-year-old phar­macy goes by the motto: ‘Al­ways there tak­ing care’, which is a fit­ting de­scrip­tion of the role it has been play­ing since open­ing its doors in 2004.

Len­max Phar­macy of­fers a 10 per cent dis­count to all se­nior cit­i­zens, while of­fer­ing spe­cialised ser­vice, such as sourc­ing of hard-to­get med­i­ca­tions for its cus­tomers. The phar­macy ac­cepts all ma­jor health cards.

Tak­ing care of peo­ple is what the staff at Len­max Phar­macy does all too well by of­fer­ing some of the lowest prices for med­i­ca­tions, cou­pled with special treat­ment for ev­ery one who walks through their doors. The phar­macy, by virtue of its great cus­tomer care, has been spo­ken of in glow­ing terms.

Aretha Mal­colm, 63, de­scribed Len­max Phar­macy as a ‘God-send’. “This is a won­der­ful phar­macy; they take care of me in ways that al­ways im­press me. It’s one of the best places in Junc­tion,” the se­nior cit­i­zen said.

“I re­ally do not know what I would do with­out them in this town, be­cause they make sure that I get the right med­i­ca­tion and al­ways in good time, too,” she added.
