The Co­coa

Board ac­quires sev­eral prop­er­ties in St Mary and St Thomas, with about 2,000 acres, and is to cul­ti­vate them im­me­di­ately. The new ac­qui­si­tion, cost­ing J$1.29 mil­lion, will put the to­tal amount of co­coa lands un­der the con­trol of the Co­coa In­dus­try Board at nearly 4,000 acres.
